Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about hosting events at Bistro Elegante
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for smaller events and 3-6 months for larger events or during peak seasons (holidays, graduation season, etc.). However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
Is there a deposit required to secure my event date?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. For events booked within 14 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Can I bring my own cake or dessert?
Yes, you may bring your own cake or dessert for special occasions. There is a cake cutting fee of $3 per person. Please note that all other food and beverage must be provided by Bistro Elegante.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 14-29 days prior will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior will forfeit the deposit. We understand that circumstances change, and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your event if needed.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us of any special dietary needs when planning your event, and our chef will create suitable options for your guests.
